Hertz is a Money making Scheme

I went to the branch yesterday they told they cant assist because system was offline, I signed up a booking as per that agreement for R312 per rate and total R624 at the branch i was told it automatically changes because I didn't return the car at 6pm.

I was also charged dropped off and cleaning how because i did was the car and I dropped it personal Hertz didn't collect the car?The car was clean and it was only woofer need to clean the carpet.Hertz decided to ***** my money by applying their own rules to ***** from me.And i was surprised to hear a client complaining about his invoice on Friday the time i Collect a vehicle,clearly Hertz is taking advantage by *****ing customers money without consultation.

I want that VALET,FALSE RATE and RECoVERY fee to be reversed ASAP ,and start treating your customers fairly,stop *****ing our money.

For your record my wife work for a travel agency for decades now and is the first time we experience this nonsense and i even hire a car from Hertz before this **** never happened.The guy a sign off the car he was aware that only the woofer need and i even told him myself was fine about it.I have 3 witness who came with me during the drop off ,all that is Valet things is nonsense and Hertz is running a ****,i have cars ,i rented cars to all the agency this the first time i come across this,
