Hertz Hilton Sandton brings down the Hilton AND Sandton name!

Quick to take my R6500 for a deposit , it's been 3 weeks and I still have no refund. Manager from Hertz Hilton Hotel in Sandton Nicolene Scholtz told me to call her to process the refund , I did so she said she would attend to it. A few days later I called to follow up, she Saud she was surprised and called the bank again and would come back to me. No one called. A few days later I called for her and they said only she can process the refund. I have emailed as well. The day I collected my rental car while the Hertz lady was doing the checks , she did not put the car in neutral and turned the key, the car jumped and almost went over my toe as I was signing the form she had given me , on the bonnet of the car. So silly... The day I returned the car I was waiting in a line, the African male behind the counter decides to help the white male who JUST walked in, ignoring me. Oh yes I forgot it's Becoz a white foreigner has more flashy money so he should be prioritized over a random lady of colour. WHAT A USELESS BRANCH.
