Hertz has no heart

Hertz car hire at Cape Town international airport has no heart and are very unprofessional . I picked up my son at the airport coming back from representing South Africa for the Tagrugby. We parked in one of there spaces and was clamp with a R500 release fee . I went to there office and spoke to the manager that did not greet with no name tag . I explained to him that the signs was confusing and that in parking where parked was no sign . Even there own staff that parked there without any signs that said staff only. I assume that I could park there because at the time I did not knew it is staff cars that I thought was for normal parking. The manager Imraan that didn't gif his surname to me when I asked ( told me to ask my son because he gave it to a 18 year old ) . He the manager and face of the company then told me they saw me parking there on camera and left me do it while I walked pass there office. I explained to him and I didn't know . He didn't want to understand and showed where the signs was and arrow pointing to and what the staff cars that cofused me more. My son had some money and we payed them after we were informed to sleep at the airport by them. Our money was depleted because we had to pay all expenses for my son . I explained all of that to the manager called Imraan Mohammed if that is real name . This company is in for money ( I was in the parking less then 2 hours) Don't a have heart . Sorry guys even if you told to pay half that would have good for me because half is my fault and unsigned parking is yours . You would have let me ,my wife ,son and 7 year old daughter sleep at the airport . Hertz car rental you must educated your manager to manage not to make a point.
