Hertz **********, rude consultants and bad customer service

Please assist with my complaint against hertz car rentals,I booked a car only which prompted me to make payments for the duration of my rentals, with responsibly deposit payable on vehicle collection, For my surprise on arrival at OR Tambo collection point i was told they will do credit enquiry and due to my poor rating they declined my rentals ,of which I have already paid for 16 days rentals amount of R9584.00

I want to know why their system does not warn clients of possible credit enquiry and nothing on the page takes the client to credit checks before proceeding with payments. I want to understand from which NCR law is hertz operating as I did not book the car on credit but pay as you use, by taking clients money then rejecting the car hiring at the desk.Further more in return they refuse to immediately refund the client and give the client ultinum of 7days waiting period of refund. I requested several times for hertz to write authorization. Letter to the bank to reverse the funds, still they refund.Hertz insist that their page warns the rent as ls of Los we inle credit enquiry,but I checked and requested for such a page but their consultant rudely pointed to the website.

I don't understand why.my refund had to take so long because this was actual rejected or canceled buy you guys of which the fund where budgeted for car hire and had to look for alternative option to get to my destinations Again there is no page that warns customers about possible credit enquiry when the person is making payments , please note I will be taking this matter to care Dr it ombitsh as I feel been cheated, why do your system allow clients to pay before doing credit enquiry

My understanding is if your car rental is pay as you use, why do you do a credit enquiry while I paid upfront and with deposit needed on collections .From which law is hertz operating because we paid upfront with my credit card/Debit card.

I found hertz operation **********. in concerning their clients to either be forced to seek additional drivers with good credit score so that they can be charged to those desperate,as payments are with them as I was stated by the front desk assistant to seek someone and add myself as additional driver with added payments.
