Hertz - ********** methods! or *******ion?

********** methods from Hertz! Unbelievable! They overcharged me after an accident and never sent an invoice or a receipt. I made several phone calls and had to write several mails to Hertz. Finally, I got a receipt over 4000 Rand but they charged my credit card almost R7000. They promised to refund me but never did!
