Hertz forged my check out form by adding damages that were not in my original copy

I have already posted a 1 star review of this company of **********. But today I had confirmation that they indeed run a ***** rig. I have just been charged for additional scratches to a car. In the check out form, of which I have the original copy, there was no indication of scratches of a hubcap. Yet, after chasing customer services with no response by phone and email, I got hold of Sasha Adams who responded after 3 weeks and attached the copy of the check out form. Upon comparing it with my copy....I saw they added the scratches to the hubcap themselves after!!! I could not believe my eyes! I could not believe that they actually went all the way to forge the check out form!

I am absolutely shocked, I have never seen something like this in my life.

No response, no responsibility no rectification from Hertz.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They can set you back several thousands and play the cat and mouse game. They have no accountability and they are simply disgusting human beings.
