Hertz failed to pay ky R23 500 deposit back after 28 days for car hire of 1 day

When I booked a car on the 8th of June I got charged R23 500 deposit. Today 27 days later I have not had any reply from Hertz or received my deposit back. Going onto Hello Peter I found they are doing it to allot of people. It's s time I contact @SAVRALA. Never again will I use them.
