Hertz East London Airport sucks.

Rented a car last week Friday. Pick up point and time was East London Airport at 08H15. I am stil at the Airport even now. They gave me a Toyota Rush with broken parts boot inside cover and expected me to drive it for 4 days. All my belongings exposed wherever I stopped. Now when I wanted to get another one they were dirty. What did they expect of me? To take the car and leave irrespective of my belongings exposed.
