hertz dnr status, what does that mean?

The absolute worst car rental company in South Africa. I don't even know what this subsequent DNR means, but was so embarrassed after going on a business trip with my boss and tried collecting a rented car from Bluu car rental company, this is where I heard of tgis apparent DNR. I have sent an email to hertz customer relations center. After sending an enquiry email weeks ago, I received an email from Meggan Overmeyer within 24 hours after I sent them an email, who wanted to know where I sent my inquiry to, after that I did not receive any further communications. How Bluu is even connected to hertz, I don't know? Also, the last time we used hertz was in 2020, after hiring a car for my father to attend a funeral during covid.I am very disappointed in the service I received from hertz
