Hertz dishonesty

I recently rented a vehicle from Hertz and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon closer inspection, it was discovered that there is hail damage which I strongly believe was either misrepresented or completely fabricated. I am willing to provide a weather report of the area I was in during the rental duration. Which will clearly indicate that no hail occurred in the area.

The staff seemed unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns, and I felt like I was not taken seriously as a customer. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that lacks transparency and does not uphold its promises.

I expected better from Hertz Rental Service, but this experience has left me hesitant to use your services again. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a rental car service that values honesty and customer satisfaction.
