Hertz - deposit *****

I hired a car easily but Hertz withheld my deposit **********ly. After months of chasing Hertz, my bank concluded this was financial ***** and auditably pulled my deposit back from Hertz. Hertz even threatened me with legal action for rightfully getting back my deposit.

I would never rent from Hertz again and would not recommend anyone else. They seem to be de*****ing people wrt deposit handling and refunds.
