I hired a car which I confirmed with Hertz to have been unlimited kilometers.

After collecting the vehicle they advised of a surprise cost R3600 stating the car was not unlimited kilometers.

I requested a recording to prove that I had confirmed that the vehicle is unlimited kilometers, Lenusha refused to provide the recording stating that she is not as liberty to provide such proof to me.

They plan is to corner me to accept the surprise charges which they have introduced.

You basically need a lawyer to read their fine print before you actually hire a car at Hertz Rent A Car. .
