Hertz claim Avis blacklisted me but Avis refuse claim

Hertz is running a special on long term rentals and on two occasions, I tried to do book a car with them but they declined me due to a listing against my name by Avis, that I once rented out a car which got overdue and recovered, which is not the truth as I was renting a car with Avis for few months and in one of those months, I couldn't pay on time as we were not getting written reminders back in 2019 and 2 days passes without me paying for the month I was on but upon their action to want to recover the car, I paid and the car was not confiscated. Since then, I have been renting with Avis through the company I work for and this incident didn't make.me a risk with them as the last time I rented with Avis was in May 2024. Below is the email from Patricia Maluleke and Avis Manager in SID;

Good afternoon Thank you for your email.

Please see below screen shot of the report. Avis has never instructed them to name risk you and should they believe that we have instructed then I would advise they send us proof thereof. So we can conduct further investigation. We have not name risk you as bad renter, and we would not instruct them to name risk if we didn’t name risk, you on our end. Hetz has name risked you under overdue renter but that they did by themselves and that why the discretion to allow you to rent from them needs to be done by them. We have provided all information we had and advised them that you are not a risk to us but they need to make the decision to lift."

Based on the.email above, I tried to communicate with Hertz including Stanley at Risk but they still say Avis is the one that listed me and they must speak to.their big bosses to remove me as a risk, I am told they spoke to Luther but he refused to corporate. I am no sure why will Hertz treat like I was black listed by their company as they can't even acede.to the request by Avis whom they claim that is the one who listed me. It leaves much to be questioned, I am starting to suspect that this is as a result of my colour's, I really don't know what to think anymore. Hellopeter, please help
