Hertz Care Hire - restored faith in car hire in SA
My whole car hire experience, from beginning to end was brilliant, by far superior to other agencies I have used before. From the process of booking the vehicle, with the wonderful staff attitude at front desk and out at the car, to the billing, where I received my invoice on the same day that I returned the car, without a whole bunch of extra deductions which is what I usually worry about with car hire companies - and to me receiving my deposit back today in full, less than a week after returning the vehicle. I am really impressed with your service and you will definitely be the only car hire company which I use in the future - and I will be sure to spread the word! Thank you for your great customer service - it has restored my faith in car hire companies in South Africa :)
