Hertz Car Rental the WORST
Worst service ever! Clerk unaware of law/rules re license expiry under lockdown conditions, cancelled our booking herself and assured us of full refund which they are now contesting! And this after delaying us for 30-45min as only one clerk available. Very poor service... watch this space!
