Hertz Car Rental *****ing your money!

If I could rate them less I would. I rented a car in October 2018 my refund still has not come through it's now 15 January 2019. I have emailed, gone to their complaint department and phoned them. They have not once come back to me with where my money is! They even had the ordasity to tell me to contact my bank. So I did and my bank state that there is only money being taken off my account and no refunds!

Worst service and car rental ever I will never use them again for any of my business ventures or personal.
