Hertz Car Rental Sandton (Hilton Hotel) - Terrible Service, Refuse to refund deposit

Extremely bad service from the Hertz Car Rental Branch in Sandton (Hilton Hotel) and the call center in Capetown.

Rented a car for a month and paid deposit which was supposed to be refunded. When the time for refund they told me its not refundable. and now they want to list me on credit bureau.

Do not rent from this company - the manager (an Indian lady by the name ... is very very arrogant and mistreats workers)
