Hertz Car Rental SA not returning phone calls nor giving back my money!

I did incur a speed fine during the period for which I rented a Toyota Corolla Quest from Thrifty - now Hertz. They went on and deducted this speed fine 4 times from my credit card account. 3 times in 1 day and another time a few days later. Now I have spoken to Susan, Michelle and Elsie, but not one of them are returning my calls now nor is anything being done about this at all.

In total, I had a brilliant experience at the George Airport, but the Head Office experience has been terrible indeed.
