Hertz Car Rental-Pathetic service

My wife and I rented a car on 27 December 2020 and returned it on 3 January 2021, I paid a deposit of more than R6k that the agent told me would be returned a few hours after returning the vehicle. I AM STILL WAITING. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling with no response. THIS SERVICE IS PATHETIC. I will not use this company ever again, nor will I recommend it to others
