HERTZ CAR RENTAL misleading advertising

The Hertz offer on Airlink car rental engine was accepted. After poor service at OR Tambo and a ridiculous invoice overcharging me by at least R620.00 after rental, is after 3 weeks still unsolved. Airlink referred me to Hertz as they only provide Rental engine for car rental companies. Several of my requests to the customer care and Debtor enquiries remained unanswered for a week. Then phoned them and gave them the Enquiry ticket number after which the Cape Town office send a query to OR Tambo office which was returned with a rude reply from OR Tambo and since then my emails are ignored.
