Hertz Car Rental Krugersdorp don’t want to refund my deposit.

I rented a car at Hertz Car Rental Kruger National Park on the 10th July 2023,returned the car same day,till this date I have not received my deposit of R5500,they claimed my bank is holding the deposit which I then called my bank Capitec Business and put them on a call..Capitec explained that there was no fees processed by Hertz still gives me run around with rude attitude. The worst rental car company.
