Hertz car rental is the WORST

Hands down THE WORST service I've ever received. I've been calling the so called 'customer services' in Cape Town since Friday. Only today did I manage to speak to a representative, who said he would escalate my problem. That was this morning. It's now 15:00. I've tried to call again... the phone just rings and rings. Even the Hatfield branch which caused the issue is not awnsering the phone. In 2018 I wrote a glowing review. What a difference a few years make on the quality of service!!
