Hertz car rental is so ***********

<p>I returned the car rented at hertz Park Station on the10th October 2016, having exceeded my kilos i excpted that the liability money due back to me will be less,</p> <p>from what i understand , when one returns the car , the agent from the bank has to send authorisation to the merchant bank and unblock your funds, after your funds have been unblocked, rental money will be debited including exceeded kilo charges will debited.</p> <p> instead of my money being unblocked, i was debited before the whole "procedure" meaning i have paid extra money for renting a car. No money has been rembursed to my account.</p> <p>Spoke to one agent Thapelo, and he could only tell me that he is still deaing with day befores query!!!!!!</p>
