Hertz car rental is a **** full of **********. They persuaded me to the comprehensive insurance of which was very expensive and the receptionists insisted not to do checklist because I'm insured it doeznot matter. After I drove off I noticed the car has a broken wheel cap and the company charges me for something that I found as already damaged on the car. I'll never use nor recommend them
