Hertz car rental is a ****!!!!

****!!!! I hired a car from them and they charged my card. When I went to collect at the airport, they wanted a R15 000-00 (15 thousand rand) deposit which was not included in the online transaction. Then, when I wanted to cancel they charged me 50% of the booking fee which was around R2800-00. What a ****!!
