Hertz Car Rental in King Ushaka Airport

I had such an awful experience with *Hertz Car Rental King Shaka International Airport*.

I had been renting out their car from October 2018 and we signed contracts stipulating exactly how much I have topay in advance prior to me taking the car (which I have been doing faithfully).

I went back in Monday 1 April 2019 to renew my contract as per norm and I was informed that I could not renew my contract, and I had to return the rental car, Immediately which I did that very same day.

They very same day they deducted 2 unauthorised amount from my bank account.

When I called to enquire about these deductions. They send me from pillar to post saying that I should call the *Hertz Car Rental* head office, when I call the head office in Cape Town, they say that they can not handle the issue and that I should take it up with the branch where I took the car.

This is absolutely absurd and that a company can ripp off a customer in such a manner.
