Hertz car rental fine ****. Please beware.

i hired a car from Hertz Port Elizabeth airport in July 2024 and incurred 2 fines totally R400. Hertz sent me an email making me aware. They charged me a fin handling fee of R350 each . Total R700. I was disgusted thinking that the amount of R700 was going to be used to settle my 2 fines aswell. Hertz company values is totally ********* and leaves me feeling unfairly treated. Their conduct is questionable and this practice of charging fee for fine handling is ********* as they dont use the money to settle the fine. It is a fine **** they running in their business. I have used other car rental companies and have not experienced similar. Please stay away from Hertz car rental.
