Hertz car rental - ******

These people are ******. I hired a car via their website on 16 December 2020 and they deducted R1680.01 and then whn i got to the airport to collect a car they told me that they do credit checks before they give customers a car and that i failed that credit check. But the funn thing is that it was not my first time to make a bolking with them because i had a Toyota fortuner with them in 2019 and they nver did the stupid credit check. So i was left stranded at the airport , i tried to reason with the manager but she refused to give me a car. I had to cancel a trip and go back home with my family after hours of waiting. They still have not refunded me the money they have deducted and its also funny that they deduct money whereas they know you might nit get the car. I also asked the person who was assisting me to show me the clause that say they do credit checks and he shouted at me and got emotional and didn't show me the clause. The guy also anted to close and he got soo unprofessional with me because he was rushing home and he didn't have any interest in assisting me. I want my money back from these guys and will never ever hire a car from them. They are ******.
