Hertz Car Rental Company owes me an excess fee from Aug 2023 and they're not even looking to resolving my matter.

I've experienced a bad service from Hertz Car Rental Company Kimberly Airport of which it marks 2 years without been paid back the excess fee I paid to them for renting a car in Aug 2023...

My Business rented a car with Hertz Car Rental Company in Aug 2023 using my FNB Business Debit Card to pay an amount of R7 000.00 for excess fee. The car was returned in the same condition as We got it and the Hertz Car Rental Company Kimberley Airport promised to pay back the R7 000.00 in a few days but they never did commit to that promise.

I went back to them to enquire what could be the hold up and all they said was that they've sent an authorization for cancelation to my bank to release my funds but after a week without receiving my money back, I went to consult with my bank "FNB Hartswater" only to find out that the transaction wasn't a hold of funds instead it was a direct payment to the Hertz Car Rental Company Kimberley Airport.

I then went back to Hertz Car Rental Company Kimberley Airport to inform them about the transaction they said it's a hold of which they actually made it a direct payment to their account and when the Hertz Car Rental Company Kimberley Airport called their Head Office and all they could say was that there is nothing on hold showing on my profile but they never even logged any query to resolve my matter. Mind due this was the 6th time I went to them.

Even today my matter has never been resolved... They still owe me my excess fee from Aug 2023.
