Hertz car rental Cape Town is a joke!

Worst service ever! I booked a car on line (tax inv ***) with insurence. Went to Cape Town International Airport to collect and the sales man said I need to pay R18 000 holding fee or take their insurence of about R2000 and he will cancel the insurence I took on line. Little did I know none of that will happen and I paid insurence twice for the same trip. I went to report the incident and the Manager was no where to be found.

I just called them now to release my holing fee and they telling me to wait for another 10 working days!! STAY AWAY FROM HERTZ!!!! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU'RE NOTHING TO THEM!!!!
