Hertz car hire Hilton Hotel branch doesn't want to return my refund

<p>Hellow Peter,</p> <p>I hired a VW Kombi T6 , Reg No: FB35LVGP with Hertz Hilton Hotel in durban on the 26/08/2016 for 3 days .</p> <p>I returned the car and I was told to submit my banking details in order for them to return my refund to my bank account amount of R4000.00 I did that on the following day.</p> <p>I waited for 21 days for my return there was nothing in my bank account,after so many attempt trying to contact them the Manager phone me back and promise to authorised my refund and after 24 hours it will appear to my bank acc ,i went to my bank for back statement still there was nothing</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned them and he said I must wait 24 hour's he is making transation from Standard bank straight to my acc even today I never received my money</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel ****** even the consultant I always speak with she confirmed that my refund was pending,Its been months now still when I contact them its either thy don't answer or give me the reason of not returning my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my R4000.00 back to my account its been 4 Months now.</p> <p> </p> <p>HERTZ HILTON CAR HIRE BRANCH return my money</p>
