Hertz Capetown INT airport terrible

Good Day Had terrible service at Hertz Capetown international airport on the 15-01-19 the manager assured me that she will email me on the 16-01-19 with regards to the service up till now no communication from her . To top it all I waited from 12:30 till 5 PM with my 17 month old child. Worst service ever will not go there again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
