Hertz bad service

I booked a car online for rental from Hertz. I went to collect the vehicle at Hertz Constantia in Johannesburg. It was basically a small booth situated within Toyota. Upon my arrival, there was no one at the desk and despite someone from Toyota trying to assist (really tried), we could not locate anyone. I called customer service and basically no one answered either!

I left after 15 minutes without a vehicle.

I will use Hertz again!
