Hertz bad service.

I have been hiring cars from Hertz for sometime now.but I've come to realize how bad the service is. I hired a car on the 31/08/2018 until now they haven't paid me back my deposit money. To my surprise when i called them today a lady told my that they are not the bank. Why did the put a stop on my deposit? With the kind of employees they have they will loose business. I'm really disappointed with the kind of service we get from hertz, Its DISAPPOINTING . I will make sure that everyone in my circle of influence knows about the bad service we get from these people.
