HERTZ = BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY!!!!!! We rented a car from Hertz Johannesburg Airport and had really good service from the lady at the counter. We paid our deposit and a few days later returned the car. Now it is almost 2 months after we rented the car and still waiting for our deposit to be released. Have been assisted by Amber Wildeman who was very rude and cheeky and put the phone down in my ear while I was busy explaining my situation. I had to contact the Standard Bank Authorizations department myself and are still waiting.
