Hertz and Economy Car Rental *****s your money

Did an online car rental today. Had to go to Hertz for the vehicle got there and was told no you do not qualify on our credit check. And I had the 15K to pay the deposit for the car. This is pathetic. Online agent Economy car Rentals doesn't want to refund money paid to them. They just say sorry! This is ****************!
