Hertz after sales service is a shocker!

I rented a car from Hertz King Shaka airport Durban at the end of Spetember 2025. The rental was easy as is the case with most rental companies. However on receiving the final statement I noticed we had been charged nearly R200 for petrol. Hertz! How is it possible to charge me this when I had just filled the tank just 10km away to long past the first click. Now this is where the issue comes.....I have on numerous occassions tried to speak to someone about this and NO ONE ever gets back to me. Its been a month now. Your after sales service is a shocker. Just so you know....I am not going away....I will pursue this until I have an answer...and YOU will not ***** money that does not belong to you.....WAKE UP!!!
