Herts Car Rental is a disgrace, deposit money not returned after more than a month

It’s been over a month that I’m waiting for Herts Car Rental to return my deposit. It’s a disgrace that they take so much for a deposit, and make you wait so long to pay it back. According to Herts the delay is with Standard bank, but I doubt it. I had to email my bank statement (which I’m not comfortable with). Let’s see hi long they take to return my money...,,
