My insurance rented a car for me with Hertz and I deposited R1750. Till today I didn't get my money back, I returned the car on the 23 October 2022 with no wheel caps because they stole them and the guy that was doing the returns said I will loose my deposit and I was fine with that. But Hertz took R1 7460 on top of the deposit they took.

I called more that 5 times and also sent an email. I'm not getting my money back or even a positive response. They always transfer me from one person to another.
