Gold club desk staff unhelpfull

2nd time in a row a rental was not up to standard. 1st time, car does not start, car got changed over. This past monday the car did not have usb ports to charge my phone. Sent my partner in to ask they must come show us where the ports are. They were not willing to help. So i called the called the call centre to complain abt this. All of a sudden i was called in to office "was it you that complained" and then the staff went off at me for calling the call centre. I then told them i sent my partner in to for assistance and no help was supp****. The staffs tone got louder and ruder, i rep**** that he must watch his tone and not to take me on. This uncalled for rudeness is really in called for. And for to me to call a national help desk for assistance while the staff is there, is not good service. Hertz #1 club gold ***5
