Give back the money HERTZ.

Hertz Rent a car deducted R17464 from my business account. After communicating over two months with various Hertz debtors and customer services representatives. Hertz failed to explain why they infer the R17464 and why it was not subsequently refunded.

I am still trying to resolve the issue with Hertz debtors but to no avail. It is quite a big chunk of money which put me into credit and affect me severely. Is there anyone who experienced the same type of issue as well as the incompetence of Hertz staff to get their matters speedily resolved? The lady, Andrea Bonhomme of Hertz debtors department, failed to understand my issue. What is there not to understand around my complain as I provided so much info to Hertz already. I am baffled by the incompetence and back and forth emails. Is almost as they know something is ********** and wrong, but they do not admit to it with the next steps. There is no accountability taken from HERTZ to give my money back. Just GIVE BACK MY MONEY HERTZ.
