Gave me a faulty car then claimed it was my fault.

They gave me a car with a faulty fan that I drove for 4 days (It was meant to be for about 2 weeks), when I returned it to them they claimed it was my fault. That I apparently caused the fault by being stuck in the mud hence why the fan had an issue. First of all I was never stuck anywhere and it was not even raining when this whole thing occurred (I have evidence), they claimed they'd investigate and get back to me with a full report. 3 Months later I have received nothing and they took my money from the deposit and they no longer respond to my emails. They literally stole my money and if anyone knows where I can report this, please reach out. TIA
