********** BOOKING MADE UNDER MY NAME!!!!

A FRADULENT BOOKING HAD BEEN MADE UNDER MY NAME THIS NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED ASAP AND HAVE ALL MY SENSETIVE INFORMATION REMOVED FROM YOUR COMPANY!

Today I was called by a sales person from Hertz (Lanseria) he proceeded to ask when I would be collecting the ‘car’. I responded with a question ‘what car’ thereafter told me where he was calling from. I told him I have no idea what he was talking about as I am in Cape Town and obviously could not be able to fetch whatever car he was talking about. I then asked him to confirm the information he had under my name. My physical address, cell phone number were correct however my id number was incorrect by just 1 digit. Unfortunately the man was not able to assist in checking what card information was used for the booking. This makes me upset as at this moment about R5000 has been deducted from my account and I unfortunately can not trace where/how it was deducted as there is no sms showing the deduction, it only reflects in my balance that there is money missing. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, and say this deduction comes from the apperent ********** activities going on at Hertz under my name but I believe it is worth investigating. Please may you assist with this as swiftly as you can and I hope the perpetrator who is making bookings under unsuspecting victims can be found and brought to justice.
