***** hertz and utter **** service

Hi i would like to say to hertz that i will make it my prority to make sure you are in the newspapers the utter lack of client service and the fact that a phone was droped in my ear 2 times sorry that will never happen again to no one i will personally persue this matter to the top of hertz mangemnt if hert wants to ***** money pls do it legaly as the ***** that they are busy with wont fall on death ears when i am done
