This company keeps taking money from my credit card for what I don't know, @1st I made a deposit of R1500 because I was taking a courtesy from them I was referred to by Outsurance and Outsurance delayed the process of my car being finished within 30 days 2 days before my courtesy days lapsed I called Outsurance to tell them to extend my my days because they are delaying the whole process they said will extend it with 4 days on the 31st day hertz people called me to tell me to bring the car that Outsurance said they will extend my days, I took the car back and they said they will charge me for extra day they were instructed by Outsurance to do that and I was told they will take it from my deposit a week later a get a notification from my bank R470 purchase ref:hertz Rent a Car I logged a ***** dispute with the bank, 2 days later R190. 84 purchase ref:hertz Rent a Car this people they taking money from account which I don't know what is it for because they still has my deposit and they told me they will charge me extra day from my deposit but now almost everyday they busy taking money from my account, I want my money back including the deposit I made I want it with immediate effect because when I make a deposit it went straight it didn't take 8 to 23 working days they telling me about to refund me. I won't recommend this company to people they are ********. If I didn't check my bank statement I wasn't gonna see the transactions.
