So Hertz took R18 000 as a deposit for the car we rented and the contract stated the money would be refunded in the next 5+ days . The car was inspected and there were no damages on the car and we returned it full tank. When we called today we were told that the money takes up to 21 days to be refunded!!! WHAT A WHOLE DAYS!! IF YOU HAD INITIALLY MENTIONED THIS WE WOULD HAVE RENTED A CAR FROM YOUR COMPETITORS INSTEAD!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
