Flawed and useless booking system

Useless, made and paid using online booking, called the contact number on the email to make a change, everything is sorted. On the day I arrive at the King Shaka International Hertz branch to collect and now they cant give me a car. It is 6 o clock at night, they have kept me waiting an hour and still I don't have a car and likely wont get one anywhere else thus late. The supervisor is standing next to the agent serving me and she flat out ignores his requests to assist him and when I ask she says she is busy with other customers even though she started dealing with them long after my problem arose. Thanks Hertz, absolutely useless.
