Fined for following staff instructions: Disgusting!

<p>Try to drop a car back to Hertz, told the system can't currently close the account and to keep the car until they contact me - they then tell me to bring it back on Friday - by Thursday people turn up to tell me about a fine, and take the car leaving me at work with no vehicle available. Currently waiting for a response from the customer service team who previously put me on hold and cancelled the call after waiting for 10 minutes.</p>
