False information

I'm currently frustrated and feel I'm de*****ed. I rented a car on the 12.07.2024 at Cnr Rivonia Road &, West St, Sandton, 2196 and returned it on the 14.07.2024 Mandy took my credit card details and said i would receive my R7000 deposit money in 7 working days its more than a week and when i called her she said i must call my bank and my bank confirmed that the payment was still not cleared by them (Hertz). I don't know know who to trust now and she's been saying she did it i must wait 24hr its already 72hrs . Can i please get help or clarity as to what's happening .
