False charges

Returned the rental vehicle to the CPT airport with a full tank which I had just fueled up at the BP garage right across the airport, it is less than a kilometer away. To my surprise I was charged R140 odd for fuel which is just over 10 liters. How the hell does so much fuel get used up for driving less than a kilometer. This is ridiculous and needs to stop, it is not the first time I am experiencing this kind of dishonest from them.
